I had a wonderful experience at Bhavya Resort. The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to check in early, a gesture that made my day. The customer service was consistently excellent throughout my stay, with attentive and friendly staff catering to every need. The dinner, included in the package, surpassed expectations as they graciously accommodated special requests. The cultural program in the evening was the perfect ending—a delightful cherry on top. I highly recommend Bhavya Resort for its exceptional hospitality and memorable stay.

Having very comfort to stay at here, They are very Polite and Humble, we booked 2 suites Room here. Rooms are neat clean & properly maintained with all working equipment. Bathroom is very huge & Clean with all utilities offer. They offer Cultural show, Jeep safari 22km ride from camp, Camel Ride, Food is also good no complaints.. overall we enjoyed here. Happy to stay here.

Best resort in sam sand dunes stay. We stayed here with family for a day and the service they provided was best. They even go an extra mile to take care of their customers. The rooms-washrooms were clean and neat. It is very close to the sand dunes which again makes it a convenient option.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bhavya Resort located in Sam, near the desert dunes and was extremely impressed by the quality of the food and service provided. The dinner and breakfast options were diverse and delicious, with something for everyone's taste. The quality of food was really great and very well prepared. The staff at Bhavya Resort were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. They were always willing to help with any requests or concerns that I had. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The resort also offered a cultural programs, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend Bhavya Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Sam. The food, service, and amenities were all top-notch and I truly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful resort in the future.

Nestled amidst the golden dunes of Jaisalmer, this resort offered an unparalleled experience of luxury and comfort. The impeccable hospitality from the staff made me feel truly pampered. The spacious rooms were elegantly decorated and offered breathtaking views of the desert landscape. The highlight of my stay was the mesmerizing sunrise camel safari organized by the resort. Riding through the dunes while witnessing the sun rising above the horizon was a moment I'll cherish forever. Moreover, the culinary experience was exceptional. The restaurant served a delectable array of local Rajasthani dishes that tantalized my taste buds. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
