One of my worst hotel experience. While asked for fresh towels, it got delivered after 5 hours. No baggage assistance, no room service, bathrooms were not clean, mismanagement. We asked for extra mattress, some said Rs500, while checking out they billed for Rs800. Complained to manager, he just sat and didn’t do anything. STAW AYAW FROM THIS PLACE.

Hi, my name is Puneet Kaushal. I alongwith my family stayed at Bhawna Clarks Inn hotel on 27th Dec. 2023. We came from Ludhiana to watch Taj Mahal and I opted for this hotel due to its good reviews. And trust me, it was Great Value!! They gave me a great package including dinner and breakfast and it was awesome. They offer you Buffet meals in there well maintained adjoining restaurant and it was the best part. Further, they gave me upgraded Suite room against my booked deluxe room free of cost..this does not end here, the service and hospitality was excellent. We all enjoyed our stay and will remember for ever..This hotel is around 10-11 kms from Taj, but worth this! From the outside it looks a routine hotel, but u feel homely type soothing environment. It is a good budget hotel for higher middle class families.. Highly recommend for 1-2 days stay at Agra..Thanks Ashish ji for giving me great package..thanks Bhawna Clarks Inn!!
