Stayed for a day at bhikampur lodge. The hotel is costly for its size and location. It is located on hill around 2 km up from nainital lake. They don't provide pick up or drop service to the bottom but you can rent 2-wheeler for around 700/- rs. The rooms are designed in very old fashion and the bathrooms are also designed in old style. The room service was quick but the food taste was average however the price is reasonable. Good thing is they provide heater in the room and for bed. Overall the price is on a higher side compared to the facilities.

It was a most enjoyable experience staying at this place with its old world charm. Loved the location,the comfortable rooms and wholesome healthy food. Also the personalised service and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend it for families and those looking for a quiet and homelike atmosphere.

Had an amazing stay here. They also upgraded the room when I didn’t like the particular room… All the rooms are properly maintained. Service is too good, everyone is so cooperative. Food was super delicious and they had a bonfire set up too which was cherry on the cake.. Special thanks to Gokul, Ganesh and harish who made our stay really comfortable.

It was a life time experience. The staff, location, price, food, hygiene, everything was superb. Breakfast was delicious, never had so tasty poori bhaaji and Poha…Rajneesh and his team was very supportive. The location is a bit on the high side so no traffic and noise pollution. Awesome experience!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
