        I hate to give a bad review when the service was great, but the rooms were simply not up to expectations. Every time you shower, water leaks out towards the toilet. This happens in every single room at the hotel, which is a bit frustrating. Additionally, bed sheets were dirty and pillows had stains on them. Friendly staff and service is great, BUT the rooms are not good.

        Hotel Binori is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

        After 11 years, I was in India alone for my cousin's wedding. Despite of a big family in Ahmedabad, I decided to stay in a hotel for a month for comfort and especially for "ME" time. I was a bit nervous and a little scared to live by myself for a month. But this was the best decision ever. I had an amazing experience here. Binori has the most polite and trustworthy staff. Their reception staff always greeted me with a lovely smile. Having my daily breakfast at the restaurant was my most favorite time. Their chef and thier team are sooo nice. Their food is so delicious and so much to choose from. I can tell, they love what they do. As in U.S. we believe in self service, but Binori spoiled me so much for a month, that now I am back home, and miss my time at Binori. By the way, it has a very convenient location close to the newest mall. I highly recommend this place, even for the long stay. For my next visit, I will surely stay there. And I really thank my uncle Mr. Desai for suggesting Binori.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
