It is one of the good budget hotels. The rooms were neat and clean. The food was very tasty. The staff were very courteous. Parking place is also available. A small banquet hall is also available for holding small birthday parties, get-together.

Area of improvement: 1. Cockroaches in the washroom and in the main room as well 2. Bed spreads and bed aren't clean It wasn't clean when I checked-in To be specific, it wasn't even washed and hair, dust was all over it 3. Room service : Please fill the hand wash, body wash lotion everyday. Though I informed twice in the reception, they took time to refill 4. Water bottle : as a customer you should ask, they won't refill unless you ask 5. Hospitality: I guess here the hotel people are higher than customers. Note: In the hotel and hospitality domain, how do you welcome the treat the customers are important Good part : a. Order through QR code - and the menu has a good variety b. Location is on the main road - easy to locate

we stayed with one night.. The room was very clean.. Balcony was good.. It was good as per the price even. The service was okay.. We opted for breakfast.. It was okay okay.. I would say average. But as per location it is overal good place to stay.. If yoy are visiting for office near sona road.

Wonderful and comfortable stay with BK Studios. Staff is fully trained and will assist you with every single thing. The general manager of property is very helpful and understanding person and assures to deliver quality and comfortable stays to their guests. Overall it was great staying experience and highly recommended to everyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
