We were amazed at how well and efficiently the place was run. Everything worked like clockwork. Everyone was so nice and professional and helpful, every request we made was addressed in lightning speed. The resort seems to be a bit old and the age does show a little in the rooms, but this was not a problem for us. The view and the service more than made up for this. To get to our room there were quite a number of steps to climb even after their buggy drop off point, and might be a problem for older guests. Evening ginger tea was good, the restaurant also was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was great. Spa was good, but maybe a bit too expensive. Also, they have their own body lotion, shampoo and soap, which are all amazing, and are worth buying. Added bonus: close to Munnar town and bus drop-off/pick-up point. We highly recommend this place!

I spent a week at BlackBerry Hills on a women’s retreat. From the moment I arrived I felt so welcome, like I was returning home. The location is breathtaking and the rooms lovingly maintained and spacious with personal touches and sunrise views. The staff are incredible. Nothing was never too much trouble. The cuisine was incredible. The spa was very relaxing. Blackberry Hills is a very special place. I cried when it was time go home. I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful views, the friendliest staff and a wonderful onsite restaurant - it was the perfect break from the bustle of city life! The hotel is also conveniently located just outside the town of Munnar and so you are close to the crossroads for all major tourist sights!

Blackberry Hills is overpriced for what they offer. The facilities do not match the price that they charge. The hot water didn't work, and the bathroom had no separation for the shower, so the floor floods every time you take a shower and they don't even leave a squeegee for you to dry it. When we asked for help with transportation, the staff always tried to push the most expensive option of reserving a car and would never help with just calling a tuk tuk or one-way taxi. Given the farther out location of the hotel from everything, this was a huge annoyance as we had to figure out our transportation ourselves because we didn't want to overpay for a service that we did not need. Communication with staff was also an issue. The restaurant had a nice meal on New Years but was otherwise mediocre. The two of us only ate at the hotel and we both got sick to our stomachs during our stay. The spa was also an underwhelming experience.

This was my 2nd stay at BlackBerry Hills Resort. The location is breathtaking and the rooms are well maintained and has amazing facilities.Each and every staff are outstanding. The food served was also amazing. I have referred blackberry to some of my friends and everyone has enjoyed their stay at blackberry so much.Thanks for the outstanding hospitality and services. Highly recommended. Thank you so much and looking to return in our next trip to munnar.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
