        I am a frequent traveler to arambol and prefer to stay near beach but as I was traveling with group this time I booked at bliss resort. I had really really bad experience with the owner of this resort. When we reached there, the rooms were not ready and took around 2 hrs for preparation as the same staff was handing kitchen and facility management. The teenage guy on counter was really friendly and helpful. The owner of this resort is extremely rude person and has zero sense to talk to customer. We asked the receptionist guy if we can have drinks from outside and he said yes to it. We brought the drinks and when asked for glasses the owner started shouting on me and my friends. When I told him I asked your receptionist and confirmed with him already. He was like he doesn't understand anything. You should understand about it. He asked me to leave the place at around 11 PM. Somehow we managed to stay for a night. Next morning the receptionist guy apologised to us and said "He generally allow customers for drink, Kal shayad mood kharab tha" Mr Owner, Do you want your customers to behave According to your mood ? I won't recommend this place to anyone...

        This resort is very good place for family with kids or couple or bachelors. You can good sight near the lake and enjoy the view by sitting in the garden. It also offer inhouse restaurant which tastes really good. It offers wide range packages for work from home as well. I recommend to have a peaceful stay for long time and enjoy the vacation in Goa. Cheers!

        The resort gave mixed experiences. Some were very nice and some were so frustrating. Good points: 1. The cottage was spacious and beautiful with lighting 2. Food was very tasty 3. The owner was well mannered and takes responsibility for the issues 4. Lakeside view and the sitting area outside is very beautiful Cons: 1. The road that leads to the resort..horrible 2. The service staff were very unprofessional. When you tell them about any issue the standard reply was "Hum kya kar sakte hai..aisa hi hai yaha". 3. Load shedding...they donot have power backup which is very unacceptable. 4. ACs doesnot work properly in the day and gets shut off every 5 mins and the cottage is like a oven in the sun 5. Mosquitoes in the night 6. Kitchen starts in the morning at 10. No tea/coffee before that 7. The restaurant first serves the zomato orders even if it is placed later than your order and you need to wait hours before they finally get to you 8. The receptionist should be changed...place a order or ask for anything..you won't get anything unless you talk to the owner evry time even for small things. Basic professionalism is missing in the girl. For a resort that is in such a secluded place they should have basic things such as power backup in place before accepting bookings. Else it is no less than a torture to be in a cottage with no properly working AC. The cottages are not properly sealed for even a good AC to work and to prevent mosquitoes to get in.         Awesome and peaceful stay. This place was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. They also provide bikes for rent. Food they offer here is very delicious. Overall experience was great. I highly recommend this place.

        One of best place to stay in arambol(goa). I would say resort name itself justify the place. Talking about food and ambience, i would give 10/10. Staff and owner is super friendly. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. Complete wooden work done for natural feel and talking about food, one can order anything out of menu and i guarantee you wont regret. I had a blissful stay and even i extended my stay at this place just coz of the atmosphere i had. Lots of love to staff and owner 🍹

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
