I'm sure it was pretty good. the room was very nice. However, we were not happy with the first morning. We arrived at 3 a.m. and we weren't told from what time to when breakfast would be. When we came down at 10.45 and asked for breakfast, we were only told that there would be no more...it's an outrage to collect the money for it and then not even give you bread and coffee.

The hotel lies in Greater Kailash at a calm and peaceful place. Rooms were clean and spacious and beds were cozy. Can be considered for a short stay. Basic amenities like dental/shaving kits, slippers are not provided beforehand and you have to request for everything but you have to go to the reception every time coz no one picks up the phone. Staff was also not very attentive as i checked in at 12 and left my luggage at the reception as we were getting late for a meeting. On return at 6 pm i was shocked seeing our luggage kept unattended near the entrance and no one even bothered to shift the luggage into the room and we had to take our bags ourselves to the room. Breakfast was okay with limited but decent options. Dinner is strictly a no go as they have a fixed thali i. Dinner and nothing else which was worth 800 and it's not worth half of the price. It's better if you order something from outside or go to any nearby place for dinner.

The location was excellent, and the overall stay was comfortable. However, I regret to inform that my stay was marred by an invasion of privacy. While being intimate with my partner in the room, another guest was able to unlock our door, which was both surprising and distressing. Despite the positive aspects of my stay, this incident significantly impacted my overall impression. I hope the management takes measures to address such security concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future.

This hotel is a total rip-off and if you thought OYO was bad, these hotels are even worse. I'd suggest staying away from this pathetic hotel for the following reasons: 1. NO Parking available! 2. Lift NOT working 3. They clean your rooms without your permission (Yeah be careful if you're OCD about your stuff) 4. The standard of breakfast for the money they're charging is laughable to say the least 5. They don't have the staff at night in case you need anything 6. This hotel has been converted from an old Hotel in the same building, hence the fans, washbasin and a few elements here or there are still being used old and you can find all sorts of compromises involved making cost cutting really evident. 7. The restaurant does not have enough furniture to cater to the guests when they come down for breakfast. We literally had to stand and eat. 8. Discrepancy between what is mentioned and what is actually available For the tariff they're charging, they're not even offering half the value especially considering the area it is situated in. There's no place to even walk outside the hotel, the traffic is crazy. This building is only good for a shop at most, not a hotel.

I have been at this hotel for two night. I don't think this is an exceptional hotel at all. The bathroom of my room was quite dilapidated and in need of LTC. The room was fairly spacious and for 1 person was OK. People at the reception were not incredibly welcoming - at least not the person I met the evening I reached - and did not give any information regarding my stay. Upon request for some help for dinner, the same person gave me some vague information about the area. The breakfast was OK, once again I don't think it was exceptional. Continental breakfast can improve quite substantially. Internet: that was a disaster, the 3 days I have been there internet barely worked, making my life quite a nightmare as I was not able to communicate with my family or complete tasks for my work. Overall, it was not an incredibly positive experience. The location is great...and that is a tubs-up.
