I'm thrilled to share my wonderful experience at Bloom Hotel! My stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The rooms, oh, they were like a cozy haven, so meticulously cared for, making it feel like a true home away from home.But what truly stole my heart was the staff. Their warmth and genuine kindness made me feel like an honored guest, not just a customer. They anticipated my every need, and their genuine smiles brightened my day.The service, well, it was simply impeccable. Everything flowed seamlessly, as if they could read my mind. I left with a sense of belonging. And I'll enthusiastically recommend Bloom Hotel to anyone seeking a place where comfort, care, and charm come together in perfect harmony.

would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay closer to the airport and ignore the city traffic. Accessibility between the hotel and airport is super easy and takes only 5 to 10 min. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the rooms are super clean. It is all about the hygiene, the comfort, the breakfast and the customer experience that matter when you stay in a hotel and this hotel did an impressive job in all of that. Definitely in par with the luxury chain of hotels if you are looking for the essentials rather than luxury or brand name.

Date of stay - 10 Sep 2023 Excellent hotel near airport. Airport is just 15-20 min and airport bus stop is hardly 20 metres from the hotel. Very good staff - Nikhil while checking out and the person while checking in (sorry, forgot his name) were both very helpful and pleasant. The security guard also was helpful. The overall ambience is good. Clean and neat. Room is little small, but for airport passengers to have a night sleep, it is good enough. Hot water control in the bathroom was easy (it can be tricky in most places). Good restaurant with a decent menu. Little bit pricey, but not too much compared to other places in Bangalore.

A nice property close to the airport on the highway. The room I got firstly had to be changed as it was a smoking one. The next one I got had the AC making noise. Since it was 1 am and I was sleepy, didn't bother much to complain, change etc. The breakfast was great. Nandini was helpful. Just felt that when someone is coming in that late, the hotel should have checked the room, AC etc and not leave it on the customer to complain/ adjust.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
