        Great experience! Clean rooms. Good for short stay and business trips. We booked this executive queen room at very short notice because our initial booking went wrong. The service was excellent here. They do check ins at 2pm but we reached at 12 pm and they assured they can get us a room by 1 and they did. The rooms had no window openings so if you like opening windows then you may find this tad bit discomforting but ventilation wise it was fine. Hotel had a good restaurant, it’s very safe and had all the right facilities for a 3 star hotel. Staff was excellent. They were quick in service, polite at every point and ensured they did everything in their capacity to make our stay good. We also wanted to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after our checkout and they took in our luggage and tagged and kept it. Very happy with their service! 10/10 would visit again

        Saw at least 3 cockroaches. No pest control. For Rs. 3200 per day, they are not able to give a simple breakfast but charge another 335 for that. 27th December is my stay date. No need of checking dates now. Do proper pest control. That should help the guests who will use your hotel in future.

        Loved our stay at Bloom. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The chatbot makes it easy to get the things into the room- like housekeeping etc. Overall great experience at this hotel.

        The location is perfect and convenient to reach to the airport. The hotel staff is very Co operative. The only concern during my staff was the washroom. It was too small and not very clean. Request you to look into it and provide the customer with a more comfortable stay.

        Although the rooms were tidy and clean. But my stay was very annoying for various reason. Firstly, I felt disconnected with the hotel staff as everything is on chat. and there is no way to connect to reception room service number not working and I took help from chat window, they shared a number which was switch off. Finally I had to go down. Very low pressure of water in washroom. That too was very annoying. Food in breakfast was not good. Paratha and Dosa both I didnt like. Tea was served luke warm on all the days.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
