Nice decent place to stay. We had a one day stay. Pros - 1. Rooms were neat and clean 2. Staff was cooperative, smooth check in process. 3. All equipments were functional 4. Basic amenities were provided 5. In-house kitchen ( Check working hours ) 6. Location is easily accessible Cons - 1. Windows were jammed. A bit suffocating as no natural ventilation was possible. 2. A distinct foul smell in washroom ( Though it was for initial hours of our stay ) 3. Wifi connection is poor. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

First and foremost, the room at Bloom Hotel exceeded my expectations for the price point. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and offered a comfortable and cozy ambiance. Further i want to highlight that outstanding service provided by Front desk team especially - Pallavi. From the outset, Pallavi greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Her professionalism and courtesy were evident throughout my stay, as she efficiently handled check-in procedures and provided valuable information about the hotel's facilities and services.

I have stayed here 11 days. I really like to recommend this place to stay. Staff are very friendly and so good response, I really like to give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars rating to Manager and resection staff⭐️ they need to improve food service on table.

I had an excellent experience staying at Bloom Hotel - Magarpatta. I stayed here for five nights, and I was pleased throughout this period. I greatly appreciate the service provided by the staff at the front desk, particularly Shivani and Pallavi. They were very polite and kind throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. Moreover, there was one evening when I forgot a couple of shopping bags in an auto I booked through Uber. I requested their assistance in calling and talking to the driver, as it was not possible for me to do it directly due to a language barrier. They were very eager to help, talking to the driver and even contacting him through WhatsApp. In the end, I am so happy to say that I got my bags back. Also, when I reached the hotel, I actually came with two more people, I needed to request an extra mattress so that we all three could stay in the same room. The staff assisted me in the best way for this purpose, which I greatly appreciated. This hotel is quite recent, so it is in great condition. The staff was very eager to assist in whatever was required or if there was any issue. Samir, who is part of the cleaning team, was very helpful and attentive, ensuring my room was cleaned on time and that I was happy with the service. For some reason, on the last day, I did not have TV channels available, and the TV showed a message that I needed to recharge the Airtel subscription. This is something I am very confident the hotel will fix in the future. I am very happy with the experience overall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
