Highly overrated hotel. Tiny rooms, tiny beds(even smaller than queen size) in a standard king room, tiny bathrooms, no additional sofa/chair to sit in the room. No management, every time you have to ask for little things. Asked for extra tea coffee sachets in the room, denied by asking us to use the restaurant. Asked for a hair dryer, provided with a time limit of 30 minutes as they have limited hair dryers. Asked for fresh towels as the towels provided in the room were dirty, received a reply that now that you have used towels, now we will change the towels tomorrow. They won't keep dental kits and slippers in the room until you don't call and ask for the same. The pool area will be out of towels every time. Every time you have to wait for someone passing by to ask for towels. The reception boy will be full on attitude as if he is doing us some favour by letting us stay in the hotel. Even if they have empty rooms they won't allow for early check-in or late check-out. Not many options in breakfast and breakfast was average. Cleanliness - average If you are getting a standard room with breakfast for 2 people under rupees 2000 per night, go for it. Else, you can find many much better properties nearby.

The stay here was amazing.....the staff is wonderful and quick to help. You can ask for transport service contact numbers from the reception and they also give goo food recommendations. The restaurant of the hotel itself is amazing.... the chef personally comes and ask if you liked the food... There is truly nothing left to missed from their service. The pool is also amazing. They have their own chat service from where you can ask for anything you need and also order room service

Nice 😊 place to stay. Rooms are small but well equipped. Location is good, you will reach market in 2 min by walk 🚶. Breakfast 🥞 was good and good variety. Theme of restaurant is yellow and White which makes the place look more premium. Staff is great and has an amazing net so you can work without any issue. Swimming 🏊 pool is nice.

This hotel is perfect for a trip to Goa. It's efficient, has all the basic necessities covered, provides good facilities and is extremely affordable (at least when I booked). The breakfast spread is a good mix of south and north Indian dishes and has enough options to choose from. The Chef was an extremely nice gentleman who always asked us for feedback and suggestions for next days breakfast menu. The rooms although small are clean and extremely comfortable. Washrooms are well maintained and clean. Location too is favorable as its located in Calangute, close to all major tourist attractions in north Goa. Parking, although limited, is also available for your cars. This hotel is efficiency personified and best for a goa trip where you'll be busy roaming around the whole day and need a comfortable place to sleep at night.

Staff was good and food is also okay Only thing is some of the deserts are not up to the mark. Overall it was very good. Mr Chef Arjun was very good and he came and discuss with us regarding Food and he made required other foods very nicely.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
