        Rooms don’t have wardrobe. I had to hang my clothes in front of mirror. They don’t provide soap or loofah. They don’t even understand that body wash liquid is not meant for face. They don’t provide supplies at room which they supposed to give. Customers have to beg for each and every item , in an app. Is it a hotel or hostel room? Not recommended for business travel. They think they are smart and customer have to check about everything before booking a room with them.

        The hotel is supposed to be non smoking with zero tolerance. The staff just turns off the fire alarms (be it any time of the day) and continue with the work. After pointing out that this should not be the plan of action, they say they can’t do anything about it. Been a regular of bloom chain but after this, I’m rethinking the choices.

        From the moment of check in - I could sense everything should be in order here. THEY ARE ALL FOR CUSTOMERS. Thinking about even slightest of the issue a customer can face. Booking was online. seamless. SO was check in. They do not waste anything. Their chat system is awesome. Everything is so much thought about & in place. They don't give you towel, dental kit, shaving kit - but they give it if you just mention on the chat. Sustainable - because many people otherwise waste so many things. Compact rooms. Amazing spread of breakfast. Changes everyday. Good sumptuous food. Only 1 issue I found - almost no space to open up the suitcase. Maybe it could be on purpose - their target segment could be business traveller for short duration.
