The best hotel you can find here 💙 + Clean and fresh room. + Gym and Pool facility available. + In house restaurants are good. + Parking space provided. + Calangute beach is just 2km from here. - Staff is friendly, but has more priority to foreigners. Sometimes it disturbs Indians. - The views from the balcony are kind of spoiled due to nearby buildings. Book in advance via their own website is recommended.

This Resort is very beautiful 🤩 This is very clean and good. So I'm very happy..... I would rate it as Top Affordable Hotel: The staff goes above and beyond, exemplifying exceptional hospitality with their remarkable politeness and impeccable conduct. I am currently residing in room 305 at your Calangute hotel. While the ambiance and rooms have been impressive, my overall experience has been affected by a concerning issue with the service staff. Specifically, I ordered a single fulka for my baby, and it took nearly an hour for the staff to deliver it. Moreover, the staff claimed that the food was sent on time, which created a discrepancy in the service. Such incidents do not align well with the reputation of a distinguished hotel like yours. I hope you consider this email as constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the quality of service at your establishment.

Pros :- Nice big & clean room. Beautiful scenic resort with a good swimming pool. The lobby area is spacious & nicely decorated. The resort at the main location is the calungute area, suitable for families. Easy access to the local Market. An electric charger is available in parking for vehicles. Cons :- Rude staff behaviour with unnecessary rules & restrictions. We were enjoying food & drink at the poolside sitting area, and asked us to sit inside to serve better. They were in a hurry to wind up, and felt like leaving now. When asked to repeat beer, he said you still have beer left in an existing bottle, that was none of his business. When asked for a little extra coke in LIIT, refuse to add instead asked us to take a new coke bottle/can -this was really ridiculous.

BloomSuites ...The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at..very huge and Wonderful Property..Wonderful Ambiance.. and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service..Very kind and Polite staff... Amazing Breakfast its feels like we have private chef..thanks man..!! ..Best Part is that all staff behaviour was very humble and polite...very safe and comfortable enjoyed a Lot..Wonderful stay..hope to visit again..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
