        I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond our satisfaction. The hotel breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options and the hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very good and it is close to all the major attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chennai.

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive; it was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the premises. Moreover, I cannot praise your culinary team enough for the outstanding quality of the food. Every meal I had was an absolute delight, and the attention to detail in both presentation and taste was truly commendable. It's clear that the chefs are incredibly skilled and passionate about their craft. In addition, the food and beverage service provided by your team was excellent overall. The staff members were attentive, courteous, and professional, ensuring that my dining experiences were memorable in the best possible way. However, I must bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my stay, which slightly marred an otherwise fantastic impression. On the day of checkout, one of your f&b team girl approached my daughter why you are not checking out in a manner that left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Despite being charged a substantial amount of 4100/- per day for myself and my two children, the employee in question asked whether we were not checking out. This interaction was unexpected and cast a shadow over an otherwise positive encounter with your F&B service team. I believe that it's crucial for your staff to communicate with guests in a manner that is respectful and considerate of their privacy, especially when it comes to matters of billing and checkout. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this particular incident left me feeling unsettled and inconvenienced. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until the final bite of dessert, every aspect of the meal was exceptional. First and foremost, the ambiance of was elegant and inviting. The lighting and cozy atmosphere is awesome. The warm and attentive staff greeted me with a smile, immediately setting the tone for a delightful dining experience. The menu was through flavors and textures that was truly remarkable. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, every plate was a masterpiece of taste and visual appeal. In conclusion, exceeded my expectations.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
