It was a repeat stay for us at Blu Resorts, Vagator, owing to a wonderful experience during our previous stay pre-covid. Well, we were not disappointed. Rather, it was a much better stay with a few pleasant renovations we found there. The Rooms are very clean and nicely kept with all basic facilities one needs for a comfortable vacation. The exteriors with a well-lit large lawn, swimming pool and sit-outs amongst the best of greenery provide a 24x7 positive and jovial vibe. The food is great with prompt service. The staff tries to go at lengths to cater to one's every practical requirement to provide you with a memorable stay. The resort is absolutely kid friendly. Can't forget mentioning about the excellent and central location of the Resort with every convenience nearby. Would recommend Blu Vagator to everybody in all age groups unconditionally! Thank you Blu !

What an incredible resort. The location and interior setup of the resort are incredible. The food was amazing. The rooms are well done and thought through. And the team is very hospitable and welcoming. They accommodated us through all our requests and were super kind and polite. Thank you the Blu.

Visited Blu Resorts for a family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities were well-maintained. The resort truly offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.They loved resort's proximity to popular attractions in Goa was a major plus. Will definitely return..!

We had a wonderful stay at the blu! The property is very well maintained and clean. Greenery everywhere. They offered us a free upgrade to a room that had open air washroom.Very unique experience.. I was scared initially because of small frogs, but it was absolutely safe. The curtains made it easy for us. Staff was very polite, they had personally called in the morning to let us know about the diversions due to road repairs. To our surprise they were also very flexible with check in and checkout timings.

Having an outdoor bathroom can be a unique experience, but it's important to be cautious about the presence of wildlife such as frogs, lizards, and snakes. I had a close encounter with a snake during my stay and narrowly avoided an incident. When I informed the staff, their response was surprisingly nonchalant, treating it as if encounters with wildlife were commonplace. This lack of urgency raised concerns, especially for families with children. The food was average, contributing to a mixed overall impression. I hope this feedback proves helpful for future visitors.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
