I usually don't give reviews. This one I had to give. I travel a lot due to work. Stayed in quite a number of luxury hotels. In the recent years I had felt the warmth of these hotels and especially the buffet were in declining or stagnant mode. No taste no warmth kind of mode. Today, I had gone to the breakfast with the same impression but Blue Diamond changed it all. Although the fare was standard but it was tasty (had been missing it in most places). The misal pav, scrambled eggs or even set curd were really good genuine, bread was really fresh. They have brought taste back to the menu. The service crew always smiling enquiring and going beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the new standards blue diamond may bring in hospitality standards.

My recent stay at Blue Diamond, Pune - IHCL SeleQtions, was a delightful escape into luxury. From the moment I entered the hotel, its contemporary design and meticulous attention to detail set the stage for an exceptional experience. The Deluxe Suite, my chosen abode, was a haven of comfort and sophistication. The spacious layout, plush furnishings, and panoramic city views created a memorable retreat. The bed, enveloped in comfort, ensured a restful night, while the well-appointed bathroom with premium amenities added to the sense of opulence. Dining at Blue Diamond was a culinary journey. Whispering Bamboo, the fine-dining Asian restaurant, offered exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation, while Latitude, the all-day dining restaurant, impressed with a diverse breakfast spread. Service at Blue Diamond was exemplary. The staff, consistently professional and welcoming, made every interaction a pleasure. From insightful local recommendations by the concierge to the unwavering commitment of the housekeeping team, the service was impeccable. The wellness facilities, including the well-equipped fitness center and rejuvenating spa, complemented the overall experience. The spa provided a tranquil escape, leaving me refreshed after a day exploring Pune. Centrally located, Blue Diamond offers easy access to key attractions, shopping districts, and business centers. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel's prime location enhances its appeal. The seamless blend of elegance, comfort, and top-notch service makes it an excellent choice for discerning travelers. Went to the 'Latitude' restaurant for a family birthday dinner celebration. Had reserved a table in advance which was there. Service was quick and courteous. The Caesar Salad with Chicken and Bacon was good, though the Bacon was hard. But we got their Chef to make 'Railway Mutton', which was excellent. It was boneless and Mutton very tender. Paired with some hot garlic Naan and it was awesome. Another winner was their 'Tiramisu'....light and spongy! They even gave us a complimentary cake to celebrate with. 🥳

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
