Sitting by the side of the lake with an excellent view of the lake. Nice service by the staff and good food. This place is a docking station for the 5 luxurious houseboats they have. You can enjoy the swimming pool all by yourself ( if you are staying in the rooms) till 5 o'clock. After 5 the houseboats will return and dock at this location and the swimming pool will be shared by the people in the houseboat. But overall it's a very good place to spend some quality time with family or friends.

We were here for one day and night. We had amazing experience. We had a cook, a captain and attendant. Cook was amazing the food was prepared to our liking and we were asked what we wanted for each meal. Captain was great not much interaction. Biju our attendant was just awesome. He anticipated every need and was prepared. Everytime I asked for something we had it in minutes. He was pleasant, friendly and very professional. Best experience in India.

After paying 20k for one room one night, one would expect some basics to be covered. But when we arrived the AC in the room wasn't working. So we spent all our time outside in the day. Which is fine, but it should be a choice not a compulsion. Then in the evening after a swim we wanted a hot shower. I think it's not unreasonable to expect hot water in the bathroom. Especially For a 20k per day room. If it was an ashram I could calibrate my expectations. But the service person says we should have told before. Hotel provides hot water only in the morning! I literally have been in ashrams with hot water available in taps. No complaints about the location and the cruise though. But if i wanted just that and was willing for basic compromises there are other boats here at 3-4k a day. Better take those. Overall, feels they are cutting corners wherever they can. If you want prawns that will be chargeable extra, breakfast has only one option... Feels duped frankly. Lets see what the morning has in store for us.

Our anniversary stay at this beautiful resort in Kerala was amazing! The spacious surroundings, delightful staff, especially the manager Sudhee, made our experience unforgettable. Sudhee went above and beyond, ensuring our candlelit dinner and custom cake were exactly as we envisioned. Special thanks to Sumith for his continuous assistance, and Chef Abhijit for crafting the most delicious meals. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic getaway!

I recently had the most incredible stay at this resort! Sudhee, the manager, and his staff, especially Sumith, were exceptionally professional and accommodating. They made our experience truly special. Chef Abhijit's culinary skills were very good – the food was outstanding. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Can't wait to return!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
