1-Nice Ambience, friendly and cooperative staffs. You ll get tasty foods no matter anything you order.. 2-Location: Quite near to hotel empire and beach is in walking distance. Room: Rooms were spacious. Room service was quick. 3-Excellent Resort, excellent room service, staffs are very cooperative and friendly, humble,Overall good experience 4-the hotel is very close to the beach, hotel itself has a swimming pool the food choices are very good. U can also book a cab from the hotel for travel

Last minute cancellation... Please don't book this hotel. I had booked this hotel long ago at a reasonable price. Last minute owner of this property called me and asked me to cancel and said they have water issue. Do they have water issue in all the rooms ? Again he asked me not to mention this issue to MakeMyTrip and asked me to mention I have some family urgency. Why I would mention family urgency when you are asking us to cancel at very last minute ?

I stayed in the hotel just couple of days ago and to be honest I felt like in another home away from my home. Everything is simless. Food is literally mouth watering, I had to swim bit more to burn the extra calories due to over eating. Staffs are very down to earth and obedient. I felt like interacting with my own family members. What more could I say about the management. The entire credit goes to the GM of the hotel.

I rarely write a negative review unless it's really horrible. I had stayed here with my 30 friends and family 6-7 years back.. the property is not properly maintained since then. Best part of Puri stay in any hotel is good, but here the food is pathetic and prepation gone worse. Staffs are adamant except very few. If this quality of food and pseudo- ego of staffs continue, most people will shun off this property. Hope management gears up

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
