The hotel is good ..near to Calangute beach. The Manager ( Mr Angelo) is very friendly, polite and suggestions given by him are very helpful while exploring Goa. The Rooms were cleaned.We stayed in hotel for 4 days and each day the room used to get cleaned by their cleaning staff. So Yes ..I will definitely recommend the Hotel to anyone who is visiting Goa for the first time and having no knowledge of what to explore and where to visit in Goa.

We have chosen a family common bed with a big hall AC ,mini fridge (2 separate queen size cot) bath, additionally bedroom with queen size cot attached bathroom ,split AC works well. We visited in Dec but due humidity without AC we cannot survive. The beach is very near 350meters and there are a lot of restaurants. Shopping center. Uncle very helpful in booking water games and cruise dinner

The dealing was very good Angelo dsouza (Manager) Sir is very innocent and polite. There is very much transparency in his work.The location is also very good It is only 150 meters away from Calangute beach. The rooms are also very clean and well maintained. The food was also very cheap and good. I would recommend it to all as it is also very reasonable and best

We checked-in without knowing anything but checked-out with good relation. This place is very near to Calangute Breach and it’s nice and clean. All persons are very friendly and supportive. Angelo (manager) is an excellent guy who extended his help to all activities during stay period. You feel secure and home stay. I strongly recommend this hotel. Angelo, I really appreciate all your support and efforts. God bless you. 🙂🙂

Hotel is near to beach but for room service nobody will respond you properly. My experience is with 3 family stay for 3 days. I only recommended to my friends but faced issue: Good - it is near to calingute beach. Bad which I need to mention: -Faced electricity issue in night after check in. Power back up not in our 3 rooms, Nobody bothered next day. -they took all room booking money of whole stay while check in only ( not felt good.) Policy not communicated earlier. - if you are hot water lover for bath, I don't go, we didn't received hot water for 2 days out of 3 days stay. After complaint also response was very very slow. Nobody interested to listen even. - cost is high as compared to room conditions as per me. I don't know how people giving rating. I am not happy for the stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
