Hotel is in prime location of kormangla and you gets lots of options around for food, pubs and bar and over all my whole stay was quite good. I will visit again for sure.

I have been to Blu Petal for 6+ Years for their Buffets. But, I won't be ever coming back again. This is the first time I am staying here and I have had a more or less pathetic stay. I would recommend others to check out Bloomrooms instead as an option. FYI, the reviews that you see are for the buffet and not the stay. The folks at the front desk lack the capacity and mental fortitude to handle guests. They aren't trained to receive/handle/confront guests. If you booked on Agoda, there is a chance they will give you the worst experience in terms of the type of room - because you are paying relatively less. I had an additional guest added at the last moment because he had business in the city. The front office receptionist kept asking him every time he entered the building if he had a room. It was not pleasing at all. If the management is so paranoid, they should act with some type of access management system rather than borderline harassing their guests every night. On the last night of our stay, my guest was asked to pay the extra dues before being allowed into the room at 3 am! I was inside the room fast asleep, the room was in my name. Then why would you ask my guest to pay the dues??!! This is disrespectful and cannot be justified for a place where I paid 4000+ inr every night. During my stay, the front office disrespected two of my guests. This is a business hotel. Businesses have elements of conversations involved and meetings are common. What's the point of the meeting room on the first floor if you aren't allowed to have people there? But that's okay, If you have to make the point heard make sure that you hint at it subtly and not pounce as though you are about to block the elevator in front of my guest. It is genuinely uncomfortable to have someone charge at you for any reason. In terms of the stay, the rooms & bathroom are old and would benefit from a thorough remodeling. I don't see it worth more than 2.5K/night in 2023. I must admit Blu Petal may have seen its glory days. But that's not today, not anymore. I had a very unpleasant stay and would not recommend it to anyone.

It’s right opposite Jyoti Nivas College , which is a very narrow lane road, however they’ve Valet Parking, that’s a saviour!!! Coming to the restaurant, the place is quiet well lit, but yes a bit cramped as they’ve stacked in a lot of tables and chairs. Now coming to the best part, the buffet itself. The spread was amazing, the starters were just too good. Especially the pineapple one. There were soo many starters, I just couldn’t eat any main course but I was told they were all very good !! I had a Veg Pizza and Dahi Puri,, they were very good too !! Choice of desserts were also very nice !!! I loved the hospitality and ambience !! Definitely going back there again!! Hope they maintain the quality of food unlike some of the other buffet places that just seems to be serving junk stale tasteless food !!!

With Bangalore and people, I would suggest to try visiting Buff Buffet Buff with best food in the house. Amazing starters specially prawns and tandoori Chicken. Vast spread of options on main course. Only thing that did not go as expected is live counter. Thank you so much for your lovely food and service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
