The stay was simply amazing! I stayed there for two nights with my family, and it was a truly beautiful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. They were always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had, making us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and meticulously maintained. We had a stunning view from our window, which added to the overall charm of the place. Moreover, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was situated in a serene and picturesque setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to unwind and reconnect with nature during leisurely walks in the surrounding area. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We had a fabulous stay at this property. I must say that it was short stay but i loved the hotel !! Rooms are very comfortable, Spacious and Stylish and i also wanted to thank kitchen team for accommodating all our food preferences and served us a healthy meal. We hope to comeback whenever possible.

You can only go and see location , rest no cleanliness, extremely poor and delay service that you will spend precious time in arranging things , below average food , overpriced and what not . Staff will ignore your issues and problems completely specially the manager . Won’t prefer at all this hotel for my next visit. Completely No help hotel period. You will be ending up frustrating yourself. Thankfully I had loads of stuff to eat and play with me for my child so we managed somehow. Not at all kid and senior people friendly.

Most 3rd class hotel of landsown . Rooms stinks service stinks ..absolutely waste of money .idhar.mat rukna . Rooms mein bahut smell hoti hai. Rooms are even not clean. Have to wait for everything here nothing is on time and this is my review from heart . Don't waste your money here at this property

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
