Visited for vacation with family. Seems old property. Well spread out. Rooms are good but maintenance needs attention. Can provide more basic amenities like hand towel etc in room. Lift needs to be upgraded. Swimming pool looks good, restaurant offers good variety but still room for improvement.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at here with my family. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with well maintained lush gardens, a sparkling pool, beach access and a variety of amenities to choose from. We spent 2 days there relaxing by the pool and exploring the surrounding area. Morning breakfast at the resort was also excellent. Had the opportunity to dine at hotel for a dinner, offering a unique and delicious menu but felt it was expensive. Overall, I had an amazing stay at the hotel with my family and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with family.

Pros: - Resort is located at great location and services was good as well. - Rooms are placed new water area ans great view from the room. - swimming pool was neat and clean. - Resort staffs are everywhere, friendly and ready to help. - Morning complementary breakfast was good and it is buffet with live counter. - Great place for groups, kids and couple. Cons: - it is quite older property. - Rooms and lifts need more attention and there was weird motor sound from AC vent. - Bathroom in my room was not cleaned properly.Serratia marcescens bacteria growth can be seen in the corner of bathtub and soup scum in shower cabin. - Activity room is poorly maintained and not up to the standard. - Restaurant is pricy. Resort will be suitable for people who wants to spend peaceful time in beach and swimming pool. Resort is okay for the price if rooms are maintained well.

Went for vacation with wife and one yr old daughter. Room is good but service is worst. We need to remind them 2-3 times when we order something. We faced many issues, below are the details: * ordered veg food for lunch on the day of check in, received non veg starter. Food we ordered was at 1.30 but received food at 3.45 after following up 2-3 times and shouting on the manager. Even the bill they charge is very high, not even a 5 star hotel charges so much. * milk for baby is provided for free that doesn’t mean they can give after 1hr of ordering. Every time we need to call them twice to remind. * manager told he will come and apologise/discuss but he dint turn up. *Food they charge is very high. when the resort is far from city it is important for them to keep reasonable price for food. * price of spa is also more . * even after complaining so much they have not considered to come and discuss about it. * atleast while leaving they need to ask for the experience or take rating to improve themself. I do not recommend for this resort

Rooms are decent however bathrooms to be upgraded. Overall it was a good stay However breakfast was pathetic - tasteless food and bad service . Guests were just waiting for food and they were filling up after 30 mins once anything is getting over

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
