Had nice stay last weekend at Bouganvillea, Nagaon. Very well maintained property, clean, lush green, well maintained plants everywhere and very professional, attentive and friendly staff. The place offers cool and calm vibes. Restaurant is good, serving tasty food, complimentary breakfast was awesome! Room service is prompt. Rooms, although bit small for a family of 4, are neat and clean, offering outdoor seating at back side for drinks and small party. However, they must renovate and improve infrastructure of the room for the tariff they charge. Game zone is okay. Swimming pool and surrounding lighting looks very beautiful in the evening. Overall satisfying experience and would like to recommend travellers to stay at Bouganvillea for hassle-free, smooth and lovely stay.

The property outdoor and the restaurant are well maintained and have a calm vibe... However the rooms quality is not good (it looked better in the pictures online) ... The bathroom tiles had stains, the mattresses were larger then the beds could hold, the wall adjoining the bathroom had the paint chipping off... I was in room 5...In my judgement it's a stay worth ~Rs 3,000...The staff was polite and service prompt...that scaled up our overall stay experience.... Do visit their restaurant for a fresh flavourful local non-veg meal. Good food and vibe guys👍

There are some reviews you simply feel motivated to write! Bougainvillea Resort is one such. Nestled amidst the Nagaon-Alibaug countryside, the resort is a perfect destination for a long weekend. Location is great- right on the main Nagaon road, and walking distance from the beach. Surrounding is lush green and very quiet. The biggest hallmark of this place is the friendly and efficient staff who treat all guests like their own family. Onkar, Rajesh, Patil dada along with 26 others make you feel as if you are in a homestay with your extended family. Once you arrive, you are greeted and all formalities and done efficiently. Post then, you can assume yourself totally in their great care. Small things matter:- Our infant baby (6 months old) had to be fed baby food that needed a bit of boiling and simmering. The staff went out of the way to get that done from the kitchen and did it on every single day of our visit. The staff will put in their heart and soul to ensure whatever they can customize and help you with in your stay. The second hallmark is the food served- Simply outstanding. The chefs here are good - and most importantly will make food delicious for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. For non vegetarians, it's a delight with a daily sumptuous dose of local catch, prawns and country side fresh chicken. Our room was kept clean throughout the stay and had good accessibility to the pool and restaurant area. We will certainly keep visiting here often!

It’s a very good place to stay! And the restaurant is also very good and of high quality (pro tip: Zomato gold has a 10% discount, so you can get it on your entire food bill, including the room delivery). The staff is polite and the pool is clean and maintained. But I feel for the price they charge, they should upgrade the infrastructure of the rooms. A key card based entry is a must. The cupboards are pretty old and in general the interiors can be improved. The WiFi is outright bad! It’s extremely slow and you need to enter the password every time you enter the room. Also the rooms are spaced close by so the doors should be sound proofed as you can hear everything that’s going on in the adjacent rooms. The recreational activities like foosball are also not very well maintained.

Excellent place to stay! The rooms are so clean and the ambience is so good. The staff is also very friendly. They have so many aesthetic places in the property with quiet surrounding. Very humble and cordial staff. Overall it was a very good experience to stay here! Would definitely visit them soon! Totally recommend to book your stay here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
