This hotel is located inside the Phoenix Mall. The stores located inside mall will start renovation work or other night work only from 11pm to 10am and some stores continue work throughout the day, which will mess up your sleep. When you ask the hotel for they will deny that work is happening in different building. Just disappointed with sleepless nights due to constant drilling noise in the night hours and the staff were not helpful in resolving the issue. Complementary breakfast is good, staffs were friendly. Annam cafe food is definitely worth trying.

Staff and service was great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. However if you have a car and you have to frequently go in and out it would be pain in the back as you need to head to reception to get a new car pass and the mall parking guys would need a lot of explanation to let you out. This system needs improvement. Also the furnitures are not ergonomic and there a lot of unnecessary sharp edges in the wall designs which is not safe if you have an infant or a toddler. My nephew got hurt in the head and we had to rush him to a hospital.

Extremely great hotel and loved the service. The staff are very polite and helpful. They took pain of calling every morning for breakfast if the guests are not coming for breakfast. I stayed with my family. My daughter and husband loved the place..We stayed for 4 days and had some amazing time. I would thank all the great staff for their service. Thank you team, you all make this hotel a great place to stay!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
