Hotel is at Feasible location that could be accessed everywhere with much places near to get cherished. When coming to the room part, it’s a comfortable and spacious room with all the amenities needed at an affordable cost. The room was neat with clean sheets and comforters. The washroom was maintained neatly with clean towels. When coming to the storage unit, it’s spacious. Much recommended.

Hotel here is located near the Promenade beach (approx 2 KMs). We requested for an early check-in and they asked for 200 rs per hour extra charge. We managed to reach at 11 AM and the manager told us he could give us a room at 11:30 with no extra cost. Here are the things that I found pleasant. 1) Rooms are adequate and comfy. AC and geyser were working without any trouble. Worth mentioning clean sheets, comfortable pillow and mattress. 2) Unlimited water in alleyway. So no need for bottled water. 3) Staff were polite. Accepting and providing for our requests like cutlery and tea. We got a room for 2400 rs which I think is decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros 1. Location is good, within 1 km of railway station and near major attractions. Peaceful locality. Nearby good restaurants. 2. They do not give complementary bottle BUT there is a 5 liter jar outside with unlimited refill. 3. Small but clean room/bathroom. AC was working. 4. Reception is helpful. Cons 1. I found the charge of 4.5k plus/night (even factoring in new year premium) as quite excessive. 2. Most of the TV channels I tried on the list provided by the hotel as working, were actually not available.

We really liked our three day stay here. Room was good and staff are very good mannered and efficient. Location near market is a plus point. My suggestion is to put an extra wash basin inside the wash room also. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a safe and quiet place, ideal for peace loving families.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
