        Won’t recommend to buy membership as People with membership are not treated well. Also even after the membership, it will be very costly. Food is good but a bit expensive. Bar is very expensive. Staff is not polite at all. They provided some decent service after we threatened them with a bad review.

        We had delicious food during the launch and dinner. Everything had the same distinct flavor that we had chosen, and Mustaqeem made beautiful arrangements and provided excellent services. We didn't find anything bad in this hotel

        The hotel staff is extremely rude and doesn't know the culture to talk to any guest. Especially the manager prateek is handling the arrangements who is incapable of hotel industry. The service is very poor and they are understaff and unskilled for any event. Please avoid and choose better options like Grand Xenia

        This place is so cool. Staff is also very nice. We have been suggested yummy food items by Chef Manohar. Starters Crispy chana, spring roll, paneer tikka were really delicious. Main course items ie paneer makhni missi roti were also yummy. We have enjoyed a lot.

        I was on official trip and found great stay in Hotel Bravia and specially would like to mention the restaurant staff Ms.Pooja. her hospitality and behaviour, knowledge about the food and service were above the expectations. Keep it up Pooja and good luck for your future.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
