Had an amazing dinner get together at hideout . Was greeted by courteous staff -specially mr Shivam and mr Gajendra were very cooperative and provided excellent services . Ambience and food are also appreciable .

I am a regular visiter of this place and come here with my friends and family often and usually leave satisfied but tonight it was horrible... After we ordered the appetizers it took 45 minutes for just two of the four dishes we ordered and restaurant was less than half full... And with every dish the service went from worst to horrible. There was no cutlery on the table and none was provided even after the dish was on the table we had to ask multiple times for spoons and forks which can elaborate the low level of service we experienced.

There Rooftop Restaurant "Skynest" It's Services was pathetic while we ordered our food we waited appx. 45 Mins. to be served our food but It didn't Came. In There Menu There was no "MAIN COURSE" they were just telling that they have 3 combo's only and Starters in there menu But NO other Vegetables Sabji like "Bhindi, Kaju Curry, Mali Kofta etc.. . We also asked them to have our sitting in Indoor Restaurant but they told us that it was booked Imagine to be sitting in Winter at Open Terrace Restaurant 🥶 I think they should keep some Indoor Restaurant tables UnReseved for Regular Customers It's Just for Friends But Not For Family. "They need to work on Service weather It's Staff or Manger " I HOPE SKYNEST WORKS IN AJMER GOOD LUCK 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
