        Really pathetic service. You have to call multiple time to resolve a issue and if you are staying for multiple days be prepared to call them again and again for same issue. First they keep AC temp control with themselves and they turn off AC in middle of night assuming you don't need it. I have seen people having leaving same review in. P.S: Hotel management .. if you are reading this review don't just say sorry for the inconvenience. Really need to look into it. Bcs of some of your staff ignoring request from customer ruining your Hotel reputation.

        Recently on Christmas Eve we were accommodated in this heart of city hotel as part of wedding guests. Clean place...sturdy furnitures... courteous employees even at five AM...tasty food... only issue is the road traffic noise which seeps through glass panel windows. If sound proofing could be done it would be excellent

        Poor service . To get a glass of milk had to call room service 6 times. Rooms are good AC not working properly. Could not be fixed till late night Dirty cutlery’s and very poor house keeping . Overall not a very great experience

        It's near railway station and main bus stand. Rooms are very spacious. Good and faster service. Staffs are courteous and service oriented. Food taste needs to be improved. Though their room service is good. They call us and ask for orders...whixh no other hotel does it. Very caring indeed. Wifi is very good.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
