It was a wonderful experience for us to stay at Broad bean resort. Felt more comfortable like home. Special mention to their staffs and their clean ambience. Also We have enjoyed delicious foods in a wonderful space to dine. Overall felt elated with the way they treated us. If you are someone looking for a comfortable place to stay with family, you can go for Broad bean resort blindly.

Trip with my family: Pros: Garden for kids : clean and maintained with forest like experience, slides : well maintained and no issues, swimming pool : very well maintained, pond : kind of experience I never had in other hotels : small but different experience. Buggy or service : exceptional on call service and always available , very quick. Service is exceptional by all the employees. Cons : very far from munnar main town: when I visited due to road construction had to take long route. Food is very average : there quite a lot of options but no taste. Hope this review helps you.

The resort is good but the service is very poor. Never seen a more non welcoming Hotel than this before. They will keep calling for checkout continuously 1.5 hours prior the checkout. We were supposed to take a spa and they asked to get dressed again to do the check out formalities first and later denied to give spa which we were paying 1000s for. Never seen a hotel denying money and making their guests upset

Had an awesome experience while staying at Broad bean resort with my family. They upgraded my room on request. Rooms were spacious. Property was very well maintained. Pool was superb. Lots of sports activity were there. Staff were very polite, welcoming & courteous. Food was very good, morning breakfast had good spread. Service was very quick, Staff insisted on trying different dishes, local Kerala speciality food. Mr Lalu ( at restaurant) managed everything very well. Tried Kerala massage, it was done professionally. Overall, my experience here was high class.

The best resort with extremely courteous and friendly staff. The rooms are incredible and they offer a lot in their in house kitty.A zip line service, an extremely well maintained pool, ayurvedic spa, indoor games, kids play area and what not. Jacuzzi was an add on to our stay there. The breakfast and grand gala buffet are loaded with varieties . Their service is exemplary. Would recommend any day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
