I'm writing to let you know about my terrible experience at your hotel. The billing was a nightmare - I was told one price over the phone, but when I got to the hotel, I was charged a higher rate. They didn't even give me a discount for my kids, even though I told them their ages when I made the reservation. To top it all off, when I went to pay for my stay, they charged me an extra 750 Rupees without discount! I was shocked - I'm really disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I will not be coming back, and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about my experience. Thanks.

We ordered Mutton biryani, Grill chicken, Fish 65, Mutton sukka, Fish finger , Schezwan noodles . Buhari is famous for biriyani, but it's worst lost its brand . All the dishes were below average taste. Service is very poor.

Pros :- 1. Good Ambience 2. Great variety of food 3. Respectful employees Cons :- 1. Waiters are unaware of what dish is available 2. The waiter makes sure to keep the customer waiting without proper management 3. If asked what is the reason for food delay, it seems due to online orders piling up 4. When asked to bring another dish, the waiter confirms after 20 minutes that this dish is also not available Verdict :- Not recommended Note : Kindly request Buhari hotel management to train your Employees properly to make them understand what dish is available beforehand so that the customer doesn't have to suffer

Worst food you can eat in a reputed Buhari. The so called some guy in a suit… thinks we are beggars. And the food. It’s not what they used to serve years back. The chicken was almost old as my grandpa. They tossed the old chicken or precooked chicken and gave it as dragoon chicken. Even a third grade restaurant would do better. No wonder why this branch has this rating.

The biriyani tastes average. It contains lot of rice and very small pieces of chicken or mutton. Not worth the amount. Lot of other restaurants are available with same price range and better food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
