The place is located slightly away from the city. It is such a serene place to stay away from the chaos of the bustling city. The hosts are sweet and so informative. They helped us in all the ways possible from tourist attractions, bike rentals and shopping markets. Their food was affordable and surely brings the aromas of Udaipur. A must visit and surely a place to stay which says moneys worth.

Thank you Burj Baneria for the lovely stay. Great service and hospitality from day one till the time we left. Well maintained and clean rooms with the perfect view and ambience. Even the property is also very beautiful and well maintained. Located in a very quite and serene place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made it perfect. (Although its away from city, they provided vehicle options as and when required)

We had an absolutely exquisite experience at Burj Baneria. The property was impeccably clean and well maintained .It had a Royal vibe to it- from the Rooms to the staircase and and rooftop every little detail was taken care. The hosts , manager and the whole support staff in the property were extremely friendly and helpful with their unique suggestions and titbits on Udaipur. Will definitely recommend this to everyone and will definitely visit again. It’s a great place to spend some quality time with your loved ones in serenity amidst the lake view in the lapse of nature.

A stunning view of the lake city, beautiful and clean rooms, and attentive staff were the highlights of our stay at Burj Baneria. The property, although located a little far from the main city, has so much to offer that it will surely make the travel worth it! With a friendly greeting and a quick and clean intro to the homestay and the city, we knew right from the get go that the humble hosts and their staff gave great attention to detail. The homely food and the view from the rooftop dining area were the perfect pairing! For a quiet and cozy getaway, this is the right place in Udaipur!

Clean, big room (we got the corner one) with a great view of the palace complex. Rooftop restaurant is also good. No room service available (possibly for cleanliness). Courteous staff and hosts. There was a live music performance by local artists, which I was told will happen Sunday nights and was a treat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
