I am recent stay at CAG Pride was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional friendliness. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I recently had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was impressive, and the staff provided exceptionally friendly service throughout my stay. I could point out each and every point related to my review. 1. Reception staff are good,Polite and very helpful for them I would rate 5*. 2.Housekeeping is pathetic. There is no connectivity from room to housekeeping. Everytng needs to get through reception. Even if we ask something through reception we need to call 3 or 4 times to get the same. Refilling of items is very minimal. And not at all proper. Hotel is having only one iron box I think, if we ask them one in night they will disturb you in morning during sleep time. They will ring bell several times, if we don't attend they will call through phone. Such pathetic service. I will rate 2*. 3.Breakfast buffet is OK. Not anyone attending customer needs, or no live items. Watevr cooked before spread over there and that is OK. There are multiple coat wearing guys all over the place doing nothing but not anyone in breakfast buffet attending customer. I think Hotel business is not what they concentrate. Only pub. And in night ur room trembles with the sound. I would rate 2.5*. 4.Room is just OK. We need to search plug points. East side rooms lots of night in morning which will disturb morning sleep. 5.They have a decent gym. I would rate 5*. Overall would rate the hotel 3.5/5. Which is OK for the rate.

Aircondition there is no control to increase or decrease the temperature. When asked, the technician sent informed that we can switch on or off only in all rooms. This is the major drawback. Otherwise rooms are good. Washrooms need to be cleaned norw often. There is a pub in ground floor, which may be negative for family members

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
