"Recently stayed at Amara Grand Hotel en route to Baga Beach, and it was a delightful experience! The rooms were comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. The location is ideal, providing nice views and a convenient walk to Baga Beach. The highlight was the excellent breakfast – a perfect start to the day. Amara Grand Hotel combines a 3-star resort capacity with a great atmosphere, making it a top choice for those seeking both comfort and proximity to Baga Beach. Highly recommend!"

My stay at Amara Grand, Goa was pretty good unless we factor in the extremely high cost and the expectations that come with it. Though the hotel and its rooms were beautiful, several aspects fell short of expectations. There were delays in providing rooms despite an advance payment, inconveniencing our group. The housekeeping service was unprompt and wouldn't provide a lot of complimentary items unless you call twice. Considering they were charging 8k per room per day just before Christmas you would expect them to provide all complementary items without being even asked once. The restaurant service was also on the slower side and quantity towards the lesser side considering the menu prices. Overall, the current service and management standards need significant improvement to match the price they charge.

My stay at Amara Grand in Goa was disappointing. While the hotel has potential, several aspects fell short of expectations. The service left much to be desired, with instances of rudeness from some staff members. Mr. Salim Saikh seemed disinterested in addressing concerns, which affected the overall experience negatively. There were delays in providing rooms despite an advance payment, inconveniencing our group. Moreover, the check-in process was unreasonably delayed until 3:00 pm, an hour past the stated check-in time. The housekeeping service lacked attention to detail. Cups and glasses were removed for cleaning and weren't returned promptly, leading to inconvenience when we asked for them. The attitude displayed by some members of the management and staff was less than accommodating and didn’t align with a guest-centric approach. Overall, while the property has potential, the current service and management standards need significant improvement to match the value they aim to provide. I hope these concerns are addressed for the betterment of future guests.

The experience overall was good. Staff is also nice and provides good service. Few issues like toilet rolls were not replenished regularly and restaurant service were bit slow. In contrast the food was awesome and authentic. So overall it was 4 star kind of experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
