        Unfortunately not the best experience. The rooms were very well designed and aesthetically pleasing however after checking in and going into the washrooms, there were cigarette butts in the shower rooms and let's just say someone left their business un flushed. The front desk was kind enough to offer me an upgrade unfortunately I was there for a special weekend and that just ruined the feeling. I did make the mistake of booking a non refundable room for 3 nights. Expensive mistake. I checked out in 45 minutes.

        TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER INDIA AND THE WORLD AND IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN THIS COUNTRY. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE HEATING, OF THE 5 HEATERS THAT YOU OFFERED ONLY 2 WORKED. WE COULD NOT SLEEP, WE HAD TO WEAR OUTER CLOTHING. WE COULD NOT BATHE, THE BATHROOM IS A FREEZING SPACE. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A HOTEL OF THIS PRICE (MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE HYATT AND THE RADISON) COULD NOT HAVE A MANAGER WHO RESOLVE THINGS IN THE HOTEL AND WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH. THE BOYS WERE VERY FRIENDLY BUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY TRAINING AND NONE OF THEM SPEAK ENGLISH. YESTERDAY WE TRIED TO EAT SOME FRUIT BUT WHEN I SAW THE HANDS OF THE ONE WHO PREPARED THE FRUIT I COULD NOT DO MORE THAN DRINK COFFEE.         Beautifully designed interior and concept of the house villa is quite amazing. Only limitation is that they don't have in house restaurant and dinning. Though prices of rooms are quite high. They should focus on arr and revpar.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
