Excellent service was provided by kitchen and cleaning staff of Vikram Palace.Manager Nisheet was very warm and treated us like family .He was experienced ,confident and friendly. Food was tasty and place was hygienic. Food was provided to us even after the restraurant was closed. I highly recommend Vikram palace to all .I had a pleasant experience staying at Vikram Palace for 10 days.

Excellent option to stay in Varansi. Staff and Service was awesome. The Manager Mr. Nisheet Singh and Team took fantastic care of us and made our stay personalized and comfortable. Good food in the in-house restaurant. Overall experience was very good.

when all the rooms of their hotel are booked there is panicking because they have inadequate staff , and the staff comes under pressure and are unable to give proper room services....their restaurant is good and the food is very delicious...for rooms and service i can give my maximum 3 ⭐ but for food it's 5⭐

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
