The hotel rooms are okayish in size. Only if you are looking for taking a break at night. But the rooms whatever the size are very clean & hygienic. Room service is also good. All the mentioned amenities work properly. Hotel staff was also very good, polite & helpful.

Nice comfy rooms, little bit small but can be ignored if you are a budget traveller or if you are not there for luxury. The dishes in the menu card are quite expensive as compared to the quality served. If you want to stay for few hours or to pass night, this place is okay.

Hotel is overall good.. however we got room on 4th floor and the lift was out of order..so, it was very strenuous up and downs.. Also, quite far from main city. Food quality was ok, complimentary breakfast was limited.. Hotel staff was very courteous though..

Absolutely perfect place for short or long stay. Extremely courteous staff and very well kept place. Followed all sanitization guidelines and everything was extremely clean and tidy. Rooms were very spacious and extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place as a choice to stay in Udaipur.

Though staff is polite but inexperienced.. Also restaurant service is too slow and breakfast it very limited. Servered 1 parantha for 2 person! We stayed for two days but they did not clean the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
