        1.Very bad maintenance of room, toilet very dirty and even not removed dust bin wastes and bedsheets in very bad condition. 2.Additionally they collected Rs.150 as tax even after I paid the full amount online. 3.Within 10mins I vacated the room due to horrible condition of toilet and bedroom

        AC not working , rooms not clean, bathroom not clean . No housekeeping support. Asking for extra money in name of GST stating that OYO bills to their customer without GST. Front desk manager a lady is not at all professional. Rest what to say this is cusotmer's mistake to book this hotel.

        Hotel staff is asking double price for what it is showing in OYO/agoda. The location of hotel is dusty and crowdy. I don't understand why these people have time ups with Oyo and other hotel booking websites when they don't want to check in with their prices. Just to bring people at their door step and charge at their own prices.

        Worst hotel I ever stay I have a stay for 3n all AC not working even I book AC room even oyo does not support there i recommend oyo has to removed that hotel they mention complementary breakfast I paid also but theuly said kitchen not open I order my food from outside .next time I never book hotel from oyo that stay is like night mare

        Worsted check in experience ever. I would never recommend anyone for this hotel. If you are making your booking through Oyo they will charge you extra doesn’t matter at what price you booked it they will charge according to them. I booked 2 room for 4 guest at 958₹ With the all amenities like AC and all When I went to reception he said that you will get Non-AC room in this price if you want AC room then u need to pay 1800₹ he behaviour was so rudely . He said you can complain to Oyo or you can do what ever you want I won’t give you room at this price you can go to another hotel. Then he charged me 1300₹ he was taking advantage of customer time he know customer will pay any amount for faster check in. After that I call in Oyo and complain all this I don’t what happen after that I recommended them to remove that properly from Oyo…

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
