        This is regarding N45N6061 . If there was an option to give less than one star , I would have given it . This is the worst hotel listed in Oyo . I was a loyal customer of Oyo rooms when it was firstly implemented in India . But now the situation is different .Price shown in Oyo app is different from the price being offered by the hotel managers . They are looting customers money in daylight . This is regarding my recent booking which I made in Ernakulam.I have made booking for 2 persons and I had special offers so I need to pay around Rs 1100 .when I reached the hotel , receptionist said I have to pay another Rs 400 if we want to get into a Room . So we argued and made it clear to them that we wont be giving anything more than the amount mentioned by Oyo . Receptionist was a young boy , when I told him that he is doing wrong thing , he said he know that but he is forced to do the same by the top management and he is helpless . They will give rooms only if we pay Rs 1500 irrespective of offers by the Oyo . If Oyo is not able to provide rooms with the same amount mentioned in the app , then what is the need of Oyo ?.         We booked a room in this hotel through oyo.first of all the location was worst The Hotel staff was telling us the hotel is full and we weren't alloweded to enter.Very bad area too much smoke as nearby chemical, petreloeum factories were their.. Very bad experience👎

        Never book on this hotel they are fraud and they will not sit under hotel after late night fraud people will switch off phone and cheating people please never visit any family here

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
