        Ridiculous service at the first step. Booked the hotel room from oyo rooms and confirmed the booking once I stepped in to the reception for check in. They had asked me to pay extra amount even though I have a confirmed booking with this hotel. They asked me to speak with oyo customer support team as they had confirmed the booking. Hotel receptionist argued with me a lot and she always says we didn’t confirmed your booking and your booking has confirmed by oyo not from us. We are not responsible for your booking confirmation. What ever I asks her she says we don’t know and we are helpless u just speak with customer care. I asked oyo customer care number as they tied up with oyo. She says we are not tied up with them and we don’t have any number of them u just check in your mobile. I asked her about the manger as I want to speak with him but she rejected and as I observed in her behaviour as I’m the owner this hotel whatever I says it’s a final decision and she said we don’t have our managers contact details and we don’t know them. We just get information through phone by saying sell the rooms and they assigns our work by phone only no direct contact. From another finally I called to oyo customer care team and they are contacting the property manager and he is not answering there calls from oyo side and the oyo team asked me to give the phone to receptionist as the property manager is not answering the phone call from oyo support team for that also the receptionist refused and said that I won’t speak with them why I have to speak with them and again started the argument to pay the more amount of rs around 900 to get your room. I said I can’t pay that much of amount and I said I can bear for 500/-rs more not more then that she asked me a question how much do u need the room. I said for few hours not for 24hrs then she asked to pay 500rs more for 2hrs only. Really I never faced experience like this. I feel that such Receptionist are useless for the hotels and I asked a white paper to give a written complaint to oyo and to hotel she just gave some rough paper which was already printed with someone Aadhar card on one side so I feel that in this hotel no proper security safety on customer documentation which customer gives to hotel staff while checking in to the hotel. I asked the receptionist again I need a white paper not a rough paper then she given the white paper but here in middle of our conversation one person came and said why we have to give a paper to him as he is giving a complaint on us. If he wants to give a complaint on us then he can go out and give a complaint on his white paper not on our white paper he said his name Ravi Kumar as I remembered he is an server in room. Finally I feel the hotel staff is ridiculous and having rude behaviour. Won’t respect the customers, no politeness and so on.

        Feel shame to stay in Hotel Alfa , Confirmed 2 rooms 2 nights at 3.5k but when reached the spot they said sorry booking canceled we can provide u 1 room 2 nights for this amount and we can account only 700/- though u have paid advance of rs1264/-. since the balance has been taken by OYO. This is the 3rd consecutive time i have been cheated in OYO booking for the last 2 years. Though my friends are in top position in OYO organization i feel as a traveller not to plan trip with OYO tie up hotels . It has been the common dialogue in all 3 trips " sorry booking canceled "once i reached there .

        Reservations received through Booking portal if price is below their expectations is not honoured by host when you reach the hotel as this hotel don’t have direct tie up with Booking portal but with OYO . Had to follow up rigorously with OYO customer care and even after sorting out the issue, out of 2 rooms, 1 room was provided at 9 pm while we checked in at 1:30 pm and stayed in 1 room only.

        The manager (male) is very bad mouthed. Doesn't have the decency to talk.. shameless, fatherless behaviour. Talks in bad language, charges extra commission on booking room online..i have complained to the police regarding this matter. Shameless guy always drunk in alcohol. Location is good 2 min walk from vijaywada station..rooms are good..staff is ok.. Oyo please sack the manager..he is a mafia. He charged me full amount for staying 7.5 hrs..which is ₹1300/- whereas in make my trip it was showing ₹1070/- for 24 hrs...he is looting all the helpless people.
