Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The rooms and common areas are disgusting. The sheets were very dirty and as we got shown more rooms it was evident that everything was dirty. I would only stay here if I got paid to do so. However, staff was friendly in trying to find other solutions but it’s just too unhygienic to stay in. Good staff, good location, dirty hotel. Get new sheets and clean regularly and you’ll have a great hotel!

Very bad experience in Carlton,dirty toilet and t. was a man name RAJU…his business is to take commission on people’s behalf ,taxi usually take rs800 to go to the airport but for RAJU NADAR its rs2000 lol. To take 4 suitcase from the room to down… bellboy asked for rs500 as tips, rarely if someone has no choice then can go to Carlton and don’t forget to bring one bottle of whiskey for RAJU (Raju asked me for one bottle of whiskey💀) . The room was extremely dirty and there was also bedbugs on the pillows. I REGRET SPENDING MY HOLIDAYS THERE! Forgot to mentioned! In the middle of the night, RAJU WAS WALKING NAKED IN FRONT OF ME💀 WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN!

But washroom is not attached. We have to use the common shower which is cleaned regularly. Gate way of India, chhatrapathi shivaji museum and fashion street Mumbai are walkable distance only. Hotel is located at main centre of Mumbai. So many foreigners are staying

The hotel quiet good and the hospitality is nice and the food was awesome It’s a nice hotel with a great location to be in the centre of the city. Avoid travelling in the evening because it’s surrounding some very busy roads which are connecting Western Express Highway and Eastern Express Highway. Traffic is real bad in Mumbai, so please take a note of it.

very bad experience. Went with family the room does not come with attached bathrooms which they did not mention. There were remains and waste from recent people who stayed. The place is note neat at all. The staff was average .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
