Surprisingly it was my second visit to this resort.. we ate at the resort for whole 2 days and while checking out my wife and me and my kid ..we all had food poisoning, vomiting and loose motion. For my kid it was so severe that we had to rush her to hospital next day while on a trip.Disgrace to the hospitality business these people are..and when confronted they are saying u might have had outside food but bills are the proof of the in hotel orders. Such bad hospitality. Please be careful while travelling of such frauds. Pictures of the resort is nice but zero hospitality. I feel cheated of my 11000 rupees which I paid for the food …again I had to pay 8k for my medical bills. Don’t worry guys your services are gonna close you down soon.

We have stayed here in the last week of September. The property is too good and beautiful. The walking path towards breakfast area seems like a shot from Avatar 2 movie, filled with lush green plants and colorful flowers. Definitely worth clicking lots of pics. Dining is available near pool area and they do provide room dining service too. Breakfast was good. However when it comes to service, they still need some improvement. You need to call the reception for each request and sometimes nobody picks up. Since the property is filled with lots of plants, trees, there are some small insects that sneak into the room. In our room there was a baby-frog that came inside, and I shooed it away. So overall, it was a decent stay and experience.

Stayed in this property for Christmas. It is a beautiful place and a nice location. Customer service is the best. A special thanks to Sameer who helped us for early check in and also upgraded our room to a luxury room as we were with kid without any extra cost. All staff here are very friendly. A must visit place.

A cute boutique hotel that impresses you the moment you step in ..done in quintessential goan portugese architecture, the place is an insta-photo paradise with beautiful nooks and corners, art deco styled furniture, sitouts and pool nestled between glorious looking villas. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The food is excellent too. If you want a quiet piece of Goa while being in the heart of Anjuna, this is a place for you.. try the penthouse Casa Luxury for max indulgence.. only critical feedback would be at this price point, room furniture/ infra needs to be better..all in all, a sweet stay !

I booked this place for August first week as I have stayed at CASA baga previously, another property they have at Baga. I called them before the booking and they misguided me in saying everything is close by. First thing first, please know that this place is way too isolated and away from the road that you need a vehicle to navigate. If you rent a car, you will be stuck half the time as routes are too narrow. If you take a scooty, you will be scared as there are way too many cows and oxes around this property. Dogs are numerous and they chase your vehicle every time you pass by. At night, scooty ride will be the scariest. The breakfast included in the price was horrible all the days! The room phone wasn't working and the staff is so unassertive and dull that they will not fix any issues. The rooms had dust bites but we were so frustrated by this property, we decided to somehow complete our duration of stay! Nothing is good about this place except the look of the property which is nice and big. You may not want to ruin your Goa trip by booking this property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
