Despite my initial optimism about the property in the renowned hospitality state, my experience fell far short of expectations. The service was disappointing, with repeated calls for basic amenities like hand towels. Even a thoughtful gesture for my brother's birthday - cake and roses - turned into a letdown, as the cake was not only inedible but emitted an unpleasant odor. Sleep was elusive due to the constant noise from the restaurant above, and the promised clean swimming pool was marred by persistently muddy water. The only bright spot was the courteous and helpful restaurant staff. Unfortunately, my four-day stay ended on a sour note when a simple request for a slight checkout extension due to illness was met with an insistence on a full day charge. A stay marred by lapses but highlighted by the resilience of the restaurant team.

This is a con hotel. They accept the bookings from customer in advance at lower rates and discounts to attract the customer. When it is time for the customer to travel one or two days before the stay they will call and make some excuses that the rooms are having some problem and they will forcibly cancel the bookings. They will also promise the alternate arrangement but will not get back. This leaves the customer in trouble that they will not be able to arrange the rooms in some other hotel due to non-availability and higher rates. This hotel must be avoided AS IT IS NOT DEPENDEPBLE AND LEAVES THE CUSTOMER OUT COLD.

Absolute scam. Made the booking via Agoda, when we resched at 5 PM they claimed they cancelled our room because we didn’t reach by 1 PM and that is a policy they have. Then they tried to place us in other hotels which were part of their network. Please stay away!

The experience was amazing. The aesthetic of this property is on point. The staff is beyond cordial. They treat you like family and take care of your every need. The complimentary gajar ka halwa they served was cherry on cake. Not to mention the generous nature of housekeeping staff Kiran and Kavita. Will visit the property again for sure.

Best Boutique Hotel in Udaipur. Great Staff with Good attitude. Multi cuisine Restaurant with variety of mocktails and cocktails. It was pleasure to stay at Casa Blanca .. I reffer you all to go and visit Casa blanca whenever you will go to the udaipur.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
