Had a great experience, having stayed for 4 nights. Spacious room, nice breakfast spread, courteous staff. A bit far from the beach . The only negative is that the bathroom linens often had old stains. The hotel needs to address this issue

Very good experience. I was very much exited by seeing the rooms and location of the resort. Staff ware very polite and service was also very good. Half of the resort was filled by foreigners. The resort staff will respect all the customers in same way. Really love to get back to the resort once again in future.

There is something weird and strange experience I had when I booked it online as it was showing available but the receptionists simply denied quoting that there might have been technical glitch. And they were offering me next available suite which was at the cost 12K(more than the double amount of which was showing available) I then had to rush to another hotel. This is kind of experience I never had experienced and would suggest everyone to be extra cautious while booking it.

Fantastic Stay! Mr. Nixon (Manager) was helpful in securing my booking in a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. Impressed with the abundant and tasty breakfast buffets. The restaurant staff, especially the live counter dosa chef Mr.Vipin chauhan in buffet were kind and helpful. Would love to stay again. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience throughout my trip!

Hi, We had a booking done for 3 nights and checked in today on 26th November to Room 321. It has been a horroble experience and the management is rude and careless. The keytag was not able to open the room and we were told that they will fix it..did not happen. The hot shower wasnt working and no one came to check when we called the number provided. The room lights keep fluctuating and then one of the light keeps fluttering. When asked to change the room there was no response or solution oriented approach. On insisting really hard we were given an option that was really a sad choice. The inly good thing that the food was decent. It is really sad that the payment for three nights has veen done in advamce but the services really do not match up to the expectations. Really bad service. On asking for a refund of the next two days so that we could change our stay option the Manager Nixon refused as it was a short notice. It is really sad to see that they dont realise that they are the ones who havent kept the services up to the mark and now they are telling us about rules when it has come to us wanting to change kur stay option because of their carelessness. I will like to ask everyone to be aware and cautious when making a booking with them. Our holiday has been ruined die to the carelessness and rude behaviour of the staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
