location: Excellent location, close to the Munnar town. Rooms: rooms are excellent, with excellent decor and amenities. bathroom was excellent too... Breakfast: buffet was best you can get from a 3-4* hotel..good varieties and taste. Restaurant: they have but didn't try. staff: staff behaviour was very good. Parking: has car parking. Excellent experience and would recommend this hotel.

Wifi is not too great. The rooms do not come with a fridge. Can be a bit noisy from the street traffic. My room came with a fan but not A/C. Breakfast is not great. No fresh coffee. I'm sure it's just machine hot drinks. The staff are friendly. Good hot water from the shower. Bit short on shower gel and shampoo. Room safe is not secure to where it is placed. If you want your room cleaned you need to leave your key with reception.

My 3-night stay at Casa Montana was simply delightful. The hospitality went above and beyond, with every staff member I encountered being polite and genuinely helpful. Poumani from the restaurant and Soumya from reception deserve special mention for taking wonderful care of us. They made sure our every need was met and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spotless, and the food is delicious. But it's the warmth and attentiveness of the staff that truly sets Casa Montana apart. They made us feel like valued guests, creating a truly memorable experience. A big thumbs up to the entire team! I left feeling incredibly refreshed and wanting more. Casa Montana, you've earned a loyal fan, and I can't wait to visit again!

Awesome hotel. Room was clean and nice. Bathrooms were clean. Balcony was there. We checked out bit late and they didn't say anything about it. Restaurants are available nearby. Bit costly. Bit far(greater than walkable distance) from munnar main.

Location: excellent, Central location,near to Munnar town Rooms: Excellent..nice decor, very clean, has balcony, spacious. Bathroom: clean . Breakfast: nice varieties every day... spread was very good. Parking: yes available. Overall excellent stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
