We booked three rooms in deluxe category but as resort was having bulk booking so they upgraded our category to premium. Rooms were good. Common area of resort is worth. Pool is nice though not all weather. Playing area is also good. Food quality not very good and is quite expensive. Overall it is good

we had 2N stay at casia resorts ! it was just amazing . very very nice property , good food , clean & spacious rooms , service in all departments in very good. Staff is very very helpful & kind & very well mannered. House keeping team Gaurav , hema , lucky rahul & rohit did not let us have any problem at all front office : arvind , sitaram & gagan made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Rooms were good but not worth the price we paid for them. Complimentary Dinner was pathetic, not at all good. We booked the whole block of 6 rooms and when in the night we asked them to light the bonfire they said after 11:30 we don’t allow the bonfire and moreover you’ll have to pay for it. Charges were around 3500 + Taxes
