It's a very peaceful place to stay.Service is very good and all food items are very tasty. The only complaint I would say is cleanliness can be a bit better. Overall I would highly recommend this place at the jaw dropping price

It's a peaceful place to stay for a while and the rooms are clean and worth for the rate. The food is also affordable and tasty. The staff over there was helpful and very polite with me throughout the stay 😊. Overall it was a good stay and it's a value for money place 👌

I was here in a month of September. Usually South Goa is way less crowded, so as the hotel. I went to this hotel as per the reviews and pics. But believe me, the room I got had water marks, were smelly, small washroom. Pool is there but not dirty. I didn’t see any people around hotel as well. Plus it’s on the inner side of the Palolem beach. Takes like 30 mins walk. I left the hotel after check-in.

Very much satisfied with the service and room ambience. Had access to the pool all time. They have inhouse kitchen which is affordable and is tasty. We can provide 10/10 for the staff behaviour. They were extremely polite and generous to us. Which is very rare in Goa. The pool is well maintained and we saw the clean it frequently. This spot has good access to palolem beach. Overall best experience as we had calm and quiet stay here

The hotel is at a very peaceful location surrounded by greenery. There is one common swimming pool. Rooms are clean and okay in given price. However in some rooms, bathroom water outlet works very slowly and hotel staff refused to repair. Apart from that room service is good, polite staff, breakfast options good and tastes good. Patnem beach is at 10 min walking distance from hotel and Palolem beach is at 2 to 25 minute walking distance. Patnem beach is also very peaceful and have good food options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
