Very bad.. 👈 this was my earlier review. But now I am writing in detail. These guys literally have the guts to call me after my review and offer me 1k refund to remove my review. I means seriously is this how it works? I'm sure all reviews next to mine are paid ones 😂😂😂😂 They are charging us rs.3500 for that rooms which AC isn't cooling..water leaking through bathroom taps.. WE CAN CLEARLY HEAR WHAT GUESTS IN NEXT ROOM ARE TALKING.. NO PRIVACY AT ALL.. the rooms were not clean nor was the staff hygienic.. on requesting to clean floor they wore outdoor slippers in room and left wet foot marks in the room. No hot water available. One room has smart tv and no telecom. Other room has telecom but no tv recharge 😁.. after paying 7k for 2 rooms is this what we got. Never visit with family here.

Beautiful stay!!!!! Thanks to Mr.John, staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained. Coffee and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall excellent. Clean rooms. Location easy to locate and easy to get public transport. Breakfast buffet was sufficient and yummy. Inhouse restaurant and professional services. Quick room services. In the reception Mr John was attentive. Humble staff. Recommended for family.

Property is located on the main road with easy access to market and many tourist attractions nearby. Along with attach restaurant on first floor, ample parking and lift is available. We had food ordered from restaurant and it was good. Rooms were clean and decent enough for short stays. Receptionist John was very much cooperative.

One of the best rooms in Kushal Nagar. It is situated in the town itself. Very much accessible to places. Good parking space. They serve really good and tasty breakfast. Rooms are well maintained. Washrooms can be made better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
