I had initially decided to give very good reviews for this place. Though we had problems with hot water not being available on 2 out of 4 days in the morning, it was overall a good experience staying here. We in fact loved the food and they helped pack it on the day we left. The only black mark was we hadn't given our room key for cleaning on 31st of December. Despite it, we found it cleaned when we got back. I found the cover with my fancy earrings which I had left on the table missing. Didn't want to complain without searching and so looked through every luggage and drawers, but didn't find it. We were unable to file a complaint at the reception because we were rushing to leave in the early morning hours of January 1st and could not locate the manager. Never expected small-time theft at a place like this. At least 8 to 10 pairs of my best earrings were found missing.

I recently stayed at Central Heritage Darjeeling Hotel for three days, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite booking a club room, there was no heating facility available, even in the chilly 6-degree weather of Darjeeling. When I requested a room heater, I was surprised to be charged for the electricity bill – a basic amenity that should be provided without extra cost. Moreover, the breakfast service was consistently disappointing. On some days, they started the breakfast half an hour late, and on others, they seemed ill-equipped to handle the crowd, resulting in underestimations and chaos. Overall, the lackluster room service and the additional charge for a room heater in such cold weather were major drawbacks to an otherwise potentially pleasant stay. Will not recommend staying here given the service provided and the price they charge.

We stayed there for 3 nights in two superior rooms and one classic room. The overall experience was good but the taste of the food was not as we expected and they over charged. Rooms and toilets were cleaned and serviced at times. All the staff were very kind and hospitable and dutiful. The location is good, near to the Mall.

Not so great experience as hyped in their marketing brochure. We booked through Agoda and the room had no mountain view as it was promised during the booking. They may allot the good rooms to their direct customers rather than who have booked through the booking portals. The food menu is very costly when compared to the service and quality / quantity. Overall this property may be considered for one day business stay and not for stay for a longer period along with your family.

Had a very good experience staying here. Me and my wife went here to spend our anniversary. over all a very very pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and we were given heated beds as well as heater.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
