        Rooms,service and location are superb. Another thing that the receptionist Alisha was so sweet to handle the customers. Her smile itself was enough to create a good atmosphere. People like her should be the face of the hotel and tourists . She truly deserves a lot from the management. Stay was good, right at the centre of the city. Hotel price was affordable, very clean and well behaved staff. Will definitely recommend other to stay here.

        I had the most pathetic experience with this hotel. The rooms are small and smelly, the washroom is dirty, the pot is untidy, the jet spray leaks, the bedsheets and towels and dirty and smelly, even the dustbins were not cleaned. The hotel staff is highly unresponsive. The plumber was called to fix the leaking jet spray but after he left the jet spray started leaking again, and when we told this to the hotel staffs we were told that they had already sent the plumber and now they are busy attending other guests and will look into this later, and that later never came. It took more than and hour for them to get a jug of water and that too the jug came without a lid. A hotel staff will come to attend you after calling for more than 3 to 4 times. The hotel restaurant will provide a simple tea to you after placing the order for more than an hour and they will read out the menu to you over the phone and expect you to retain that and place the order when required, they will not provide you the menu card even if you have asked for it for more than 10 times. As the condition of the room was not good we asked for a room upgrade but were told that there are no other rooms available, on the other hand when we told them we are checking out, they insisted that they will upgrade our room (which suddenly appeared from nowhere). I had booked the hotel for a stay of 2 days but I checked out within 3hours as it was becoming just too much to handle. Had negative ratings been an option, I would have given them negative ratings without a second thought.

        I stayed at the Central Hill Resort Gangtok for two nights and I was very impressed by the quality of service and hospitality. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort has a great location, close to the main attractions and markets of Gangtok, and offers a stunning view of the mountains. The food was delicious and varied, and the amenities were well-maintained. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gangtok. And thank you Ms. Naazneen for helping me out

        This is so beautiful and comfortable hotel. Service and staff are caring and co operative. Very good behavior. I like it very much. Anyone can like this.

        My experiences Let's start from the starting- The day we arrived we didn't got the room ready. So we exchange the room we paid extra for the room but to just not waste time we took other room a floor below. First of all everything seemed to be good but soon thing got messed up. The room was damn small to live the room may be delux was had a bed to fit only 2 people, so we got a cot . Then the thing to be noticed was the bedsheets were not clean and so the blanket and all. Infact the main bed's bedsheet had old spots of different kinds Second was the service which was very very bad . Even if water has been asked it would take an hour or more as if like they are fetching it from a well . The food when ordered took 2 hours that to just aloo dum. Then food if u are thinking might be good then it is wrong it was bad very very bad the taste was like something of a hell. The elevator too had problem.The toilet was clean but the lache of door was broken from outside.The room has some smell which was almost unbearable. The only plus point was it had good view of kanchenjunga and the surrounding were good and MG road and other spots. The staff members were polite n humble.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
